The Distributor program is for individuals with
little or no start up funds. In this program, the Distributor buys parts
from established Wood Canada factory operators, and operate as independent
furniture manufacturers. A set of "Rough Cut"Adirondack
chair parts may cost about $50-S100 (depending on wood species - Pine or
Western Red Cedar). These parts come in a rough cut format, and require
finish sanding, and/or edge treatment. Optionally, the Wood Canada Factory
can provide "High-Detail" parts, which are
pre sanded, and include rounded over edge treatment, and may include pre
drilled screw and bolt holes. There is an extra cost to this option.
